All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@cibibe.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include:

A clear photo of the item received

A description of the issue
If your request is approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a store credit. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information provided, Cibibe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is authorized due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping fee.
