We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. When your order ships, a tracking number will be provided.

Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at info@cibibe.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Cibibe Beauty Corp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or building management before reaching out.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@cibibe.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
